This year’s Carnival Tuesday in Antigua has proved it is the premium summer festival in the Caribbean.  After T-Shirt Mas (J’ouvert) on Monday, which saw scores of bands, revelers, onlookers and visitors to the island line the streets, Tuesday was indeed the ‘icing on the cake’ as the vibrant colors of costumes, floats and finely-decorated trucks flooded St. John’s – the city.
