Here’s Chris’ quick recipe using canned sardines for an awesome snack or quick meal.
You’ll Need..
1 can sardines
1/4 red onion
1 tomato
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
1 tablespoon celery tops (leaf) chopped
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (green preferred)
1-2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1-2 tablespoon olive oil
