Fried Red Snapper with CaribbeanPot

Caribbean recipe for frying red snapper or just about any salt water fish, as it’s done throughout the islands, but especially Trinidad and Tobago. By allowing the fish to marinate in a wonderful herbal marinade (what we call green seasoning), you’ll be quite impressed by this fried fish recipe.
